This remarkable human being is Palestinian medical professional Dr. Hassan Zayn al-Din, who rides his bike 15 kilometers every single day from Bureij Refugee Camp to Gaza City to treat the wounded.
‘Israeli’ bombs fall all around him but he keeps making the trek both in the morning and the evening. Since Gaza is in tight blockade and no fuel available for vehicles, Dr Hassan uses his bike to make the journey.
Not every superhero comes from Marvel and DC. Many exist in real life. And in this case, he rides a bicycle under the shower of bombs of an enemy occupier, to save lives.
